It is recommended that you begin with an initial Pilates consultation to ensure your program is tailored specifically to your body, history, and what you would like to achieve. This includes a detailed discussion and movement assessment to understand how your body moves, followed by goal setting and the creation of your individual program.
You then move into regular weekly private 1:1 or duo 1:2 Pilates sessions, where your program is progressively developed and adapted to work towards your goals, with careful attention to how your body responds and feels on the day.
