Located in Cheltenham, Victoria, our fully equipped Pilates studio welcomes clients from Melbourne’s Bayside and surrounding suburbs.

Owner & Instructor
Vanessa is passionate about movement and helping people feel their best. With over 30 years of teaching experience, she brings depth of knowledge, care, and expertise to every session.
She holds accredited qualifications in Pilates, Dance, and Business, with extended training in Clinical Pilates, and working with clients with scoliosis and osteoporosis.
Known for her supportive and attentive approach, she creates a safe, encouraging environment where clients are challenged appropriately and progress with confidence.
