What to expect
Barre is a fun, upbeat class that combines Ballet, Pilates and fitness. It provides a whole body workout that flows from start to finish.
It will strengthen and lengthen your body, develop your balance, and provide some cardio exercise for your heart. Be ready to work up a sweat in a relaxed and friendly environment.
The small group classes give you focused attention on alignment and body awareness. They cater for all levels, so you can move at your own pace and intensity.

We use a variety of Pilates equipment to keep you challenged and progressing.
The classes are held outside on the undercover deck.
The fresh air is invigorating, and the garden views are lush and relaxing.
