Private & Duo Pilates

What to expect

Pilates includes a mixture of exercises that strengthen, stretch and mobilise the whole body, including the core and spine.  There's a variety of equipment used to challenge, support and stretch your body to leave you feeling energised and relaxed by the end of class.​

Yoga Class

​The classes are tailored to you in a Private 1:1 or a Duo 2:1 setting.  We'll look at what you'd like to get out of your class, and find out about your history and any concerns you may have.

 

An individual program is prepared to focus on your needs and goals.  This could include specific exercises to build your core strength, help you move with more comfort and ease, develop your posture and balance or get you moving after an injury.  

 

Variety is added to your program to ensure you're challenged and progressing from week to week.  ​​
