Owner & Instructor
Vanessa is passionate about movement and has been teaching for over 30 years.

She has accredited qualifications in Pilates, Barre and Dance, and extended training in Pilates for scoliosis and osteoporosis.

Vanessa enjoys working with people through all phases of life. She can guide clients through a variety of challenges, such as arthritis, pain, injury and mobility concerns.

While encouraging clients along their journey, Vanessa ensures everyone is challenged, progressing, and safe.
